The Holland DH Series Direct Hydraulic Twin-Column Liftgate is the flagship of the Holland liftgate product line and is the world’s most advanced liftgate solution. This rugged, heavy-duty, quiet-operation liftgate incorporates a variety of standard features, as well as patented and proprietary solutions, to ensure years of trouble-free operation.

Designed for Easy Maintenance and Maximum Up Time

All Holland liftgates are designed to minimize downtime and prevent costly breakdowns. The inner and outer rails are designed for easy lift cylinder removal, and the entire hydraulic system is self-bleeding.

Features and Benefits

Patented NoLube™ Rollers

Maintenance free NoLube™ rollers are fabricated with propriety polymers that remain resilient to -40 degrees, offering trouble-free life over thousands of cycles. Extremely resilient to shock loading they maintain their shape and stability, even in demanding high-humidity conditions. Sealed heavy-duty roller bearings are pre-lubed for the life of the roller to provide unequaled reliability.

Maintenance-Free Roller Track System

Exclusive NoLube™ technology provides grease-less tracks for the roller alignment guide/track system. Columns are reinforced in dock contact areas with external 3/8" steel wrap and internal gussets to provide maintenance-free longevity.

Superior Corrosion Protection

- Platform cross members are internal undercoated and sealed to protect platform structure from the inside out
- Galvanized inner column runners and platform chains
- Marine grade toggle switches are encapsulated in corrosion resistant urethane and mounted in heavy-gauge steel brackets
- Electronics feature abrasion and weather resistant harness coverings and Deutsche connectors

Black Armour™ Metal Treatment

Standard on all steel surfaces, Black Armour™ provides superior metal corrosion protection. Unlike paints or coatings, Black Armour™ chemically bonds with metal to form a protective skin that is impervious to water and anti-icing chemicals.

Two Control Stations

A column control station provides up/down platform control when riding the liftgate. Lower curb-side control station for full up/down and open/close control.

Patented Level-Ride System

This Holland exclusive features a patented hydraulic system with an Equal Displacement Master Cylinder that evenly powers each lift cylinder to ensure a level lift, even with heavy off-set loads and in low-voltage conditions, providing unrivaled level platform operation.

Hot-Dip Galvanization

Complete hot dip galvanization of the entire liftgate, including pump/battery box and mounting brackets, is available for superior corrosion protection and durability. Hot-dip galvanization is the process passing steel through a molten bath of zinc at high temperatures to coat the steel. The zinc reacts with oxygen and carbon dioxide resulting in a strong bonded coating that stops corrosion and protects the steel from the elements. Galvanized coatings protect steel in three ways:

Zinc weathers at a very slow rate providing a long and predictable life.

Coating provides protection to small areas of steel that has been exposed through drilling, cutting or accidental damage.

If a large area is damaged, coating helps prevent sideways rust creep, which can undermine traditional coatings.

Dual Foot Activated Cart Stops

Dual foot activated cart stops provide an easy and efficient way to keep your load safe when on the liftgate platform. With just a simple push of a lever the cart stops raise up from the platform to provide added security.
