TL Series

Holland's TL Series premium, heavy-duty, fold-away liftgates are founded in decades of proven performance in Canadian winters and are built to excel in even the harshest environments.

The TL Series incorporates a variety of standard features, as well as patented and proprietary solutions, to provide years of trouble-free service and a low cost of operation.

Standard on all steel surfaces, Black Armour™ provides superior metal corrosion protection. Unlike paints or coatings, Black Armour™ chemically bonds with metal to form a protective skin that is impervious to water and anti-icing chemicals.

Heavy-Duty Pivot Connections

Featuring composite bearings designed for long life and durability. Optional NoLube® bearings available.

Dual Foot Activated Cart Stops

Provide an easy and efficient way to keep your load safe when on the liftgate platform. Cart Stops are standard on all 61” platforms.

Dual Lock Latches

Hot-Dip Galvanization

Complete hot dip galvanization of the entire liftgate, including pump/battery box and mounting brackets, is available for superior corrosion protection and durability. Hot-dip galvanization is the process passing steel through a molten bath of zinc at high temperatures to coat the steel. The zinc reacts with oxygen and carbon dioxide resulting in a strong bonded coating that stops corrosion and protects the steel from the elements. Galvanized coatings protect steel in three ways:

Zinc weathers at a very slow rate providing a long and predictable life.

Coating provides protection to small areas of steel that has been exposed through drilling, cutting or accidental damage.

If a large area is damaged, coating helps prevent sideways rust creep, which can undermine traditional coatings.

Dual Foot Activated Cart Stops

Dual foot activated cart stops provide an easy and efficient way to keep your load safe when on the liftgate platform. With just a simple push of a lever the cart stops raise up from the platform to provide added security.

Tail Light Options

TL Series Liftgates have three available tail light options:

Weld-on or bolt-on post mounted light boxes*

5" steps with completely integrated recessed tail lights with light guards*

5" steps prepped for ready-to-install tail lights with light guards

*Tail lights are available as LED or Incandescent and can be configured for trailer or truck applications.

Auxiliary Dual Pump/Motor System

With an auxiliary dual pump/motor system, in normal dual pump mode, one pump/motor provides power while the second provides power-down to “exercise” both power units keeping both units lubricated and functional.

In the event of power failure, the system can be switched from dual pump mode to select either of the single pumps to completely power the liftgate.

Bi-rotational pump design increases solenoid life and has fewer moving parts.
